I have yet to find a wine from this vineyard that I don’t like. If you are new to wines and have tried whites, but are a little intimidated by reds or new to reds in general I highly recommend giving this wine a try. If you know wines and like versatile reds that hold their own next to almost any food then this is the wine for you. This is a great red and a great Pinot Noir, which will pair with almost any meal. I have tried more expensive bottles of Pinot Noir that I didn’t like as well as this one. I highly recommend it.

Delicious, delicious, delicious. This wine is nicely earthy with a little oak and some cherry flavors. It would be fabulous with any mushroom dish although it would go great with many foods like salmon, pork and red meats. It’s a great red wine for people who don’t normally drink reds as the Pinot Noir grape is lighter than other reds. However, this Pinot is exceptionally good for the price. I’m going to keep a few on hand as it is so food-friendly, it would be great to take to a get-together when I’m not sure what will be served, but it’s also nice enough to take as a gift. Not to mention that I’ll want some around for me to drink again! |
