Label Description:
For nineteen vintages, I have been producing my unique style of chardonnay. This wine continues my philosophy of crating a pure virgin chardonnay from free run juice that exhibits great depth of herbaceous fruit flavors without oak maturation. The delicate characteristics of peach and melon, combined with subtle mal-lactic fermentation and extended yeast complexity gives this wine its renowned pedigree. With a full-bodied structure and delicate crisp finish. This wine is ideal with seafood and poultry. Virgin Chardonnay-my way, boots ‘n all. |

Yummy, yummy, yummy! What makes this Chardonnay virgin is the lack of oak flavor. Although I love oak in wine, this wine is a new favorite of mine. Crisp, creamy and fruity with flavors of herbs, this full-bodied wine has a nice, long finish that changes and develops as it lingers on your tongue. All this flavor would be great enjoyed on its own but would match well with seafood, chicken and turkey. I’ll be getting a few to enjoy later as well as have on hand to take to dinners with friends or as housewarming gifts. |

Trevor Jones Virgin Chardonnay is a really good chardonnay with subtle fruit after tones. I think this would be great with a host of foods. It is really light and refreshing but flavorful enough to stand up to many dishes. This wine compliments seafood dishes nicely and it would, like many whites be good with chicken dishes. |
