Refreshing on a hot summer day with flavors of melon and just a mild grapefruit and grassy flavor that’s usual for Sauvignon Blancs. It has enough flavor to pair well with stronger flavored light foods like salmon, oysters, white meats or strong vegetables but is not overpowering making it very food friendly.

A good tasting white wine. Not weak or watery. I think this wine holds its own with a wealth of food parings. It would be great with most seafood. It was great with salmon. I think it would be good with medeteranian food. It would also be a good choice for chicken.
