This is a Sauvignon Blanc for people who love Sauvignon Blanc. There is lots of flavor here with strong grassiness and grapefruit tang along with tropical fruits. It’s intense enough for a variety of full flavored, “lighter” meals like sushi, vegetarian dishes and savory egg-based dishes like quiche. |

Crisp refreshing, very sharp and tangy wine. The first thought I had with this wine was that it would be great with a mango salsa. This white would be good with a number of spicy foods. I would pair this with sushi or mild to medium spicy Thai food. Of course this New Zealand wine would also compliment spicy southwestern flavors nicely. I could also imagine this wine going well with blue cheese flavors as well. |
