Label Description:
Mirabelle is Schramsber’s multi-vintage Brut sparkling wine. It is exclusively crafted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in our Northern California cool climate vineyards. Twenty-five percent of barrel-aged Reserve wines add depth and roundness to the fruitful core wines. Bottle fermentation and a minimum of two years of again in our historic, hand-dug, hillside caves create the tiny bubbles and complex flavors. Cheers! |

There are lots of different flavors in this sparkling wine, which is a nice change from other sparkling wines I’ve tried. A little oak and lots of citrus flavors create a champagne with lots to offer. It is very dry and crisp lending it well to appetizer plates (a light cheese plate would be fantastic) and really gets your mouth watering for dinner to come. Serve it to start a celebration! |

Good dry sparkling wine. Not too strong, a good match for pairing with appetizers, desserts, cheese or special events! I like this sparkling wine and would recommend it for special occasions. Grab a bottle or two while they last and save them for New Years! |
