Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in premium vineyards, sources for BV’s famous Cabernet Sauvignon for decades. The wine offers complex flavors of blackberry, cherry, and hints of black olive, as well as subtle notes of spice. Enjoy with beef, lamp and hearty cheeses. Napa Valley is one of the most well recognized and divers wine regions of the world. One of the largest landowners in the Napa Valley, BV is known for producing bold, classic wines that reflect the best of the appellartion.

Jill	A very nice Cabernet Sauvignon with blackberry and black cherry flavors, light tannins and a little spiciness. It would be great with lamb or beef kabobs marinated in olive oil with thyme, oregano and pepper.
Ed	This is the second wine from BV that we have featured on our site and it is well deserving of recognition. From it’s fruity aroma, to it’s subtle cherry, and black pepper flavors, this is a really nice wine for pairing with beef or lamb. The label says you could also pair it with cheese, and I am sure it would go nicely. But I am thinking lamb with rosemary and garlic would go great with this wine. In fact that is exactly what came to mind when I first tried it. This is a great red wine for pairing with your next hearty meal or for saving for a while since I think this wine will continue to mellow a bit with age.
