In our gravity fed winery, we follow a traditional approach while selectively applying modern technology. The gentle handling of the wine contributes significantly to its quality and flavor. |

I can’t tell you, or at least I shouldn’t tell you how many bottles of this wine we enjoyed before getting down to writing a review of it. This wine is one of my top favorites. If you can get a bottle or two do it, I highly recommend it. Try one and save one for sharing with good friends. Or buy several and give them as gifts for an upcoming holiday. The taste is really enjoyable, not strong or overpowering, but light with slight citrus flavors. The label suggests trying it young or letting it age, but so far I have had difficulty letting it age because I keep drinking my saved bottle.

I love this Pinot Gris. Very crisp and refreshing, it is full of lots of flavors including citrus, melon and peach. The flavors unfold as the wine lingers on your tongue and is a delight to drink on its own although it is exceptionally food-friendly. It would go great with many foods like salads, vegetarian dishes, fish, chicken or turkey. Curried chicken would be great although I think salmon with a hollandaise or cream sauce would be perfection with this wine. Because of its great taste and versatility with food, we’ve had this wine several times. It is one of my favorites. |
