Great Cabernet. This wine is sweet and woody with a bit of cherry and spice. It has a lot of layers of flavors that unfold on your tongue. It’s a little hot to drink on it’s own. Ed and I tried this wine some Irish cheddar that we had in the fridge, and I couldn’t imagine a better pairing for this wine than a nice, strong cheese. Both tasted better together. I must admit I had more of each than I should have. |

Looking for a good wine with cheese? This definitely is a great fit. A rich wine with strong flavors. I want to have this wine with my next batch of homemade mac and cheese (extra sharp of course). I think this wine will pair great with your next blue cheese accented dish. Also, try it with mushrooms or your next roast. |
